With the help of our experienced engineers, we are able to design and develop a wide assortment of hydraulic thrustor. our products are designed to exert a smooth, straight-line, constant-force to any mechanism it is desired to operate. These are well suited to the applications, where pressure or actuate lever mechanisms is required to apply. The product we offer is a self-contained unit and since the only external connection necessary is the electrical wiring it can be installed in the most convenient position suited to its application, provided it is not inclined more than 10o either way from the vertical.

Construction
Basically, the electro hydraulic thrustor comprises of a centrifugal pump impeller driven by an electric motor – the impeller spins in oil and develops a pressure head which is impressed upon a piston. The piston is directly coupled to the load lifted.
Motor
Thrustor motors are totally enclosed and are of robust construction and compact design. They are built with high grade materials and generally wound with class 'b' insulation. They are designed for 400 / 440 volts, 3 phase 50 c/ s supply. Suitable terminal boxes fitted on the thrustors have provision for 3/4" conduit entry. Supply leads must be enclosed in flexible conduit to allow free movement of thrustor during operation.
